Can I arrange a rental car for a Tuzla arrival?

Yes, but begin with where you are actually arriving and where you are going next. Tuzla Airport is at Dubrave Gornje, around 13 km from Tuzla city. Airport collection can be efficient if you are driving towards Sarajevo or elsewhere straight away. If you are staying in Tuzla first, a taxi into the city and a later rental may avoid paying for a parked car.
Airport and city are different collection points
The airport’s road-access page places Tuzla Airport at Dubrave Gornje, around 13 km from Tuzla. It also explains that drivers arriving from Sarajevo can approach through Živinice towards Kalesija without entering Tuzla city. The 13 km figure describes the airport’s position; it is not a promised driving time.
A listing that says only “Tuzla” is therefore incomplete. Your offer should name Tuzla Airport, a city address or an accommodation delivery point.
Choose for your first destination
If two adults land and spend the first night in Sarajevo, airport collection can avoid a detour into Tuzla solely to collect the car. Compare it with city collection by adding the airport-to-city journey, the drive back towards the Sarajevo route and any different return fee.
If the first two nights are in Tuzla, compare a taxi into the city plus later collection with a car from arrival. The later option can remove unused rental days and parking; the arrival option can be easier with luggage or an early onward start. Use the total journey and rental period rather than the collection headline to decide.
Arrange the handover

For an airport handover, provide the flight number and date and include the delay or cancellation procedure. For a city handover, provide the station, accommodation or other address and the time you can be there. A model or location shown online is not a reserved vehicle or a confirmed meeting.
Use a taxi for a city-first stay
The airport’s taxi page identifies marked taxi stands within the terminal grounds. It does not publish a fare, payment method or luggage capacity. For a trip to a Tuzla stay, settle those details for the specific address and compare the result with the cost of holding a rental from arrival.
Make the return equally precise. City collection and airport return can have different access, charges and key-handover arrangements. The airport’s general opening hours do not establish a rental provider’s return service.
